Goodbye Akita 28th July 2012

Woke up early today as I had to send off a couple of my friends as they depart from AIU. It was a sad moment as my friends started leaving one by one for other parts of Japan. Had the room check followed by linen check. The guy checking the linen told me that there were some stains and I ended up having to pay 1200yen for damages. After which, my roomie gave me a cup as a momento and we took a photo together. I then moved my luggage to the lobby and lunch was curry tonkatsu rice at the cafeteria. Soon it was time and Yan Ting and I took our cab to Wada station, with Jerrine, Eng Chiew, Tango and Tan Wen sending us off. The trip was an uneventful one, although my luggage was insanely heavy. We managed to reach Akita Station where we spent the time chit chatting at the benches beside Lotteria. Dinner was to be bento sets from the convenience store and we brought them with us to the overnight bus. The bus was really tall and rather spacious and the ride was a peaceful and smooth. We started the ride at around 9:30pm.
