SG Dinner 12th July

Tonight was SG Food Night in the kitchen and I was the head chef. We prepared the following dishes:

1. Mapo Tofu
'
2. Pan-seared salmon

3. Shrimps in chilli-crab sauce

4. Oven-baked bacon sausage rolls

5. Stir-fried broccoli

6. Mushroom Stew

7. Scrambled eggs with tomato and shrimp

8. Scrambled eggs with minced pork, bacon and imitation crab-sticks.

9. Cold Soba

10. Coke-stewed chicken

11. Cold mixed jellies


 It turned out that we could not finish the food so we invited our international friends to join us in the feast and have a simple taste of Singaporean food. It is always good to be able to taste home-cooked food in a foreign land.
